Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Eligible Reasons
We consider refund requests for: a defective item, an item not as described, a change of mind, receiving the wrong item, or damage during shipping.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at 3dreamsketcher@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We review each request individually.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method. Refunds are issued for the full order amount — we do not currently offer partial refunds.
4. Timeframe
In line with Israeli consumer protection law, approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. It may take PayPal additional time beyond that to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Under Israeli consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Law 1981, Section 14C(d)), the right of cancellation does not apply, where relevant, to: goods made specifically for you as a result of the order, and recording/software media whose original packaging has been opened. Outside of these cases, an order can be cancelled and refunded per the policy described above.
